Homemade Chicken Salad

Homemade Chicken Salad
• 4 cups chopped cook chicken ( about 4 small chicken breasts)
• 1 cup finely chopped red and green bell peppers
• 2 green onions finely chopped
• 1 celery stalk finely chopped
• 1 cup seedless grapes, cut in halves
• Salt n pepper to taste
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice ( optional)

In a bowl combine chop chicken with chopped vegetables, and grapes
In a bowl combine and mix yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and lemon juice, mix really well to combine. Pour over chicken and mix really well to combine.
